Independent distribution
AJNS Electronics is an independent business. Manufacturer names, marks, and part numbers are used to identify products. No manufacturer authorization, affiliation, certification, or warranty is implied unless explicitly stated in writing for the specific inventory.
Inventory descriptions
AJNS seeks to describe inventory using available packaging, markings, quantities, lot and date-code information, source information, inspection, and testing. Missing traceability, unknown storage history, lack of electrical testing, or other limitations will be identified when known and material. Buyers remain responsible for confirming suitability for their application.
Quotes and orders
An inquiry is not an order, and an informal response is not a binding offer. A transaction is governed by the applicable listing, accepted quotation, invoice, marketplace terms, and any other written terms agreed for that sale.
Excess inventory submissions
Submission of an inventory list does not obligate AJNS to purchase, inspect, store, return, or dispose of inventory. Ownership, authority to sell, condition, quantities, and other representations remain the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The AJNS Electronics name, logo, website design, original copy, and original images may not be copied or used in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
